INSTRUCTIONS
You must use the same e-mail address that you contacted us with
and reference your custom quote number, so we can send you
an e-mail to verify that your credit card payment details
were received (and so we know what you ordered).

1) Enter the total price for all item(s) including shipping cost, if any
2) Enter quote number
3) Click		to add to your shopping cart, and complete order normally.

(If shipping to Connecticut, do NOT include sales tax in the total price,
as the shopping cart will automatically add this to your total.)
