If you're not happy with your product, then we haven't done our job.  Every CD-Recordable and
DVD-Recordable disc that we sell is fully guaranteed.  If you have a problem (compatibility issue or defect) with your purchase of CD-Recordable or DVD-Recordable discs, you may return them to us (call or e-mail for RA number) for a credit/refund (less shipping charges) of the amount of re-sellable discs returned.  Discs that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched, fingerprints, etc.) will not be credited, and may not be returned.  These returns must be received back by us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you need to make an exchange/refund of an unwanted/incorrectly ordered item OR non-media item, you may return any item (excluding software) to us (call or e-mail for RA number) for a credit/refund (less shipping charges) of the amount of re-sellable items returned.  Items that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched, etc.) will not be credited, and may not be returned.  These returns must be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order.  These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Exchanges/refunds are not allowed after 14 days.

Hardware items (recorders, printers) are covered by their factory warranty.  We will provide basic support questions for these items.  Further support will be directed to the manufacturer.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS, FOR ANY REASON.

Items designated as Clearance items have been reduced in price for immediate sale, and may not be returned.

Test sample pak orders may not be returned (after all, they're for testing!)

Genesys DTP is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profit or other financial damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the customer for any reason, due to the failure of any of the products that we sell.

UPS is recommended for shipping jewel cases and dvd boxes.  Shipping jewel cases and dvd boxes via USPS is not recommended, and will be sent at your own risk of damage (ie. no claims for breakage).

Your information is not exchanged, shared, sold or rented with anyone.  Your information is used for the sole purpose of completing your purchase.  You will not be sent unsolicited e-mail ads or site update information, unless you have subscribed to the Genesys DTP mailing list.  You can visit and shop with Genesys DTP without reservation!  Earning your confidence and trust is essential to the continued success of Genesys DTP.

CREDIT CARDS (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
For domestic orders only.

Billing Address and Shipping Address Are The Same:  For your protection (and ours), please ensure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address on file at your credit card company.

Billing Address and Shipping Address Are Different:  For your protection (and ours), if your shipping address and billing address are different, your CVV data MUST match the data provided by your credit card company.  These orders are subject to approval, and may be declined/refused. 

 

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
We continue to work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of
credit cards.  If someone uses a stolen (or otherwise fraudulent) credit card at this site, they are STEALING, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law - no exceptions - no second chances!

Orders are generally shipped on the same or next business day.  If there will be a delay in shipping your order by the second business day, you'll receive an e-mail with a status update.  No shipments are made on weekends.  UPS does NOT deliver on weekends and USPS does not deliver on Sundays.

Most orders ship from Connecticut (USA - zip code 06755).  You may wish to take this into account when selecting a delivery method and estimating delivery time-in-transit.  Click here to see a UPS Ground time-in-transit map.

Note:  A very small percentage of case quantity orders or some hardware items may ship directly from an alternate warehouse, depending on item and stock availability.  If this is a concern (due to potential longer expected delivery time), please e-mail to let us know, so we can inform you from where your order will ship.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

For United States (and Puerto Rico), shipping methods available are UPS, USPS and Saver.  UPS Ground is available to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.  UPS Next-Day Air to certain locations in Hawaii and Alaska may actually be a 2-Day service.   UPS does NOT deliver to USPS PO boxes.   USPS Express Mail is two days time-in-transit.  NEW!  Saver (US Only, 10 Lbs. Max) is a flat-rate, low-cost shipping option, where we will decide which shipping method to use.

For US Possessions, UPS Ground service in NOT an available option.  USPS Priority Mail and UPS Air (Two-Day and Next-Day) are the only available options. 

For US Military Mail (APO, FPO), USPS Priority Mail is the only available option.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For non-USA, shipping methods available are UPS and USPS.  USPS shipping to non-USA locations will ONLY be via USPS Express Mail International, as this is the only method that provides online tracking and proof of delivery.

For non-USA, you will be responsible for all customs fees, duty fees, taxes and brokerage fees, where applicable. These fees will be payable when you receive your package.  We have no control over deciding what these fees will be (nor do we receive any of these fees). You should contact the appropriate person to determine what fees, if any, will be due.
