If you're not happy with
your product, then we haven't done our job.
Every CD-Recordable and DVD-Recordable disc order that we sell is fully
guaranteed (except as noted). If you have a problem
(compatibility issue or defect) with your
purchase of our high quality CD-Recordable or DVD-Recordable discs, you may return
them to us (e-mail first for RA number, please) for a refund (less shipping
charges) of the amount of re-sellable discs returned. Discs
that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched,
fingerprints, etc.) will not be credited, and may not be
returned. These returns must be received back by us
within 30 days
of receiving your order.
If you need to make an exchange/refund (return
of unwanted/incorrectly ordered item OR non-media item), you may return any item to us
(e-mail first for RA number, please) for a refund (less shipping
charges) of the amount of re-sellable items returned. Items
that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched, etc.) will
not be credited, and may not be returned. Software programs
are non-returnable once opened. These returns must be
received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order.
These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges/refunds are not allowed after 14 days.
UPS
is recommended for shipping jewel cases and dvd boxes.
Shipping jewel cases and dvd boxes via USPS is not recommended, and will be sent at your own risk of damage (ie.
no claims for breakage).
Items designated as Clearance items
have been reduced in price for immediate sale, and may not be
returned.
Hardware items
(recorders, printers) are covered by their factory
warranty. We will provide basic support questions for these
items. Further support will be directed to the
manufacturer. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE
ITEMS, FOR ANY REASON.
Note: Test sample pak orders may not be returned (after all,
they're for testing!)
Fairness: Please remember that many media failures
are caused by unclean or mishandled discs. Please keep your media free from dust, fingerprints, and scratches, before and after
recording. This greatly reduces any chances of disc failures.
Please note: Certain types of playback devices reject many brands
of CD-R/DVDR media. These devices include DVD players, and some
car CD players (especially multi-disc changers). We suggest that
before placing an order for media, if you intend to record
discs for playback on these types of devices, you order from the
Test Samples category, to verify that your playback device will
accept the discs. Also, please note that not all of the stand-alone dvd players on the market today are
capable of playing DVD-Recordable media. DVD-Recordable media
are considered to
be compatible (and may not be returned) if playback is achieved from the recorder it was
recorded on, NOT a stand alone dvd player. We suggest that
you order from the Test Samples category before buying in bulk, to
be sure of compatibility with your intended playback device.
Your right to privacy is respected.
Any information you supply
is strictly confidential. Your information is not exchanged,
shared, sold or rented with anyone. Your information is used for
the sole purpose of completing your purchase. Further, you will
not be sent unsolicited e-mail ads or site update information,
unless you have subscribed to the Genesys DTP mailing

The U.S. Postal Service does NOT provide tracking
information for priority mail international shipped orders. The only method
of international shipping available (other than UPS) that provides a tracking number

Domestic Orders:
For orders shipping within the 50 US States (and Puerto Rico), there
are a variety of shipping methods and two shipping carriers (UPS
and USPS) available at checkout. UPS
Ground is now available to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.Please note that UPS
does NOT deliver to USPS PO boxes.
For orders shipping to most US Possessions, UPS Ground service in NOT an available option.
US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS Air (Two-Day and Next-Day)
will be the only available options. UPS Next-Day Air to
certain locations in Hawaii and Alaska may actually be a 2-Day
service.
For orders shipping to US Military Mail locations (APO, FPO),
US Postal Service Priority Mail will be the only available
options.
For orders shipping outside the US, there are a variety of
shipping methods and two shipping carriers (UPS and USPS)
available at checkout. Shipping via US Postal
Service to international locations will ONLY be with insurance
(first class
(weight under 4 lbs. only), priority or express). If the shopping cart
requires a postal code to ship to your country, and your country
